In several areas, we constructed mini dams using stones, concrete, and mud walls to collect and store rainwater. These dams act as natural reservoirs, providing a sustainable water source for multiple needs. The harvested water is used for drinking, raising groundwater levels, livestock, irrigation, washing, and other daily purposes—all from a single storage system.

One outstanding example is a pond where more than 110 drill wells were made from the stored rainwater. This project now provides clean drinking water to over 500 families, transforming lives by reducing water scarcity and ensuring long-term sustainability.

This initiative proves that with simple, community-driven solutions, rainwater harvesting can bring lasting benefits—turning seasonal rains into a continuous source of hope, health, and growth.
